Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only within seven (7) days of the delivery date as shown by the tracking information.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@damagehair.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions if your return is approved.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that any shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items
